Her knowledge includes all real estate regs, all trends that may affect your house selling/buying, and has vast and superior knowledge of her territory neighborhood nuances that are difficult to discern but extremely important for selling. Tara is an extremely effective, pro-active real estate agent. She really understood the market and made several appropriate recommendations that served to sell my house quickly at the right price.

The first recommendation was listing price. She showed me several similar houses for sale in the area and their listing prices. Due to some life changing events in my life, I called Tara on the Sunday night of Labor Day Weekend to list my Bloomfield house for sale immediately. We had a signed contract of sale on Wednesday, photos were taken on Friday and the house was listed on MLS by Saturday of the same week.
